Last updated : September 14, 2026

Chaînes Therrien is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us about it.

Information we collect

We only collect the information you send us voluntarily through our forms:

• Name, company name, phone number and email address;
• Technical details about your equipment (vehicle type, tire sizes, chain type and diameter, spacing, preferred delivery date);
• Any message or file you attach to your request.

How we use it

This information is used solely to prepare your quote, reply to you and follow up on your order. We never sell, rent or trade personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention

Your requests are kept for as long as needed for commercial follow-up and applicable accounting obligations, then deleted.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. External content (the installation video and the location map) only loads after you explicitly click. Until you do, no Google or YouTube cookie is placed on your device.

External services

When you choose to display the map or the video, that content is provided by Google Maps and YouTube respectively, under their own privacy policies. Form submissions pass through a form-handling service that relays your message to our inbox without keeping it for any other purpose.

Your rights

Under Quebec privacy legislation, you may at any time request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you. Just write to us.
